Incident Report ■■/■■/201■: SCP-040 and SCP-053 broke containment near simultaneously. 053 simply walked away from her cell after Researcher ■■■■ fell under her effects during an interview, and she seemed to be looking for help. 040 had constructed an entity which onlookers say vaguely resembled 682, although thankfully, it did not have 682's anomalous properties. 040 seemed to be chasing after the entity, as it was trying to kill any human in its sight. This was confirmed as non-intentional by 040, caused during testing of manipulating small details in an organism. 053 and the entity bumped into one another in the Medical Bay. 053's anomalous properties manifested in the entity, causing it to calm down considerably. 040 entered the Medical Bay soon after. 040 and 053 proceeded to introduce themselves and spoke for 7 minutes while 053 continued petting the docile entity. MTF units arrived soon after and recontained 053 and 040. The entity was incinerated before 053's effects wore off.
Addendum: Both 040 and 053 have shown an interest to see the other again. However, as the two anomalies have very dangerous properties and there is no reliable way to guarantee that 040, 040-1a or 040-1c would not fall under 053's effects, or the full repercussions should 040 fall under these effects, this request is unlikely to be approved.
